01:30 pm Boat tour on Lake Nicaragua through little islands formed by an old eruption from the Mombacho Volcano around 20,000 years ago

Granada City Tour

04:00 pm Enjoy a walking city tour in Granada Historical Center. Granada City, founded in 1524, is located south of Managua (capital city) on the edge of Lake Nicaragua. Granada is considered one of the oldest cities in America, where its romantic architecture with colonial homes and neoclassical baroque churches combine to make this old colonial city “the jewel of Nicaragua”

Mombacho Volcano Tour

8:00 am Hike to the top of the Mombacho volcano through the cloud forest and observe some of the most imposing views of lake Nicaragua and Granada.

Duration: 4 hours, Minimum age: Not required, Suggested fitness level: Moderate.

12:00 pm Hotel check out and depart to Masaya VolcanoLunch is not included (You can have lunch in Granada or on the way to Masaya City)

Masaya Volcano Visit

01:45 pm Drive along petrified lava rocks to the top of Masaya Volcano and observe the emanations of gases and vapors from impressive Santiago crater.*PLEASE, BE AWARE THAT DUE TO VOLCANIC ACTIVITY, ACCESS TO VOLCANO MAY BE CLOSED ANYTIME)

02:45 pm Masaya Market.
Shopping stop at the artisan's market in Masaya city with its beautiful hammocks, ceramics, carved wood works, embroidery dresses, and tapestries.

03:45 pm Depart to Costa Rica border
