AIRPOT SHUTTLE RESERVATION POLICIES
- Reservations for transport services will be confirmed by email.
- All modifications and cancellations must be sent in writing (e-mail) to our reservations department ([email protected] )
- The booking request must indicate the passenger’s name, number of persons (indicate adults and children), date, transportation or service to be provided.
- Guests will be picked up at the airport, hotel or in the recommended location.
- For transportation back to the airport, guests must be ready 5 minutes before pick up time at the advised location (reception, lobby, condominium or house).
- On the non-private shuttle service, your driver can only allow a 5-minute wait at the advised location to be respectful to other customers who are picked up.
- Late customers will be responsible for arranging transportation on their own costs. Be aware of late departure might end up in flight missing
- If you have not been picked up after 5 minutes of your pick-up time, please call our office. (506) 2201-5024 or 24/7 (506) 8719-9020.
PAYMENT POLICIES
- 50 % of payment is due at time of booking.
- Payments by PAYPAL via our secure, online 3 Monkies Pay Link on web site (Visa/MasterCard/American Express) or direct deposits in US Dollars to local bank accounts. Please, ask for bank listings. (related transaction fees will be covered by buyer.)
- Reservations are not confirmed until we acknowledge receipt of written service request and/or credit card authorization form.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Cancellations are effective on the date when written notice is received in our Reservations Department by e-mail.
- Should cancellations must be written to [email protected] .
- Cancellation refund will apply within 48 HOURS NOTICE before service or Cancellations are NOT refundable.
REIMBURSEMENTS
- Refunds will be made upon receipt of the written cancellation and the corresponding amount will be refunded (if applicable).
- If customers are given a refund, it will therefore be how the payment was made.
- In all cases, 3 MONKIES TOURS will not authorize any refund for late cancellations or non-shows.
PRIVACY POLICY
- All information regarding our guests will be kept for 3 Monkies Tours internal use only.
- The information given or entered on our website will not be provided to any other source under penalty of applicable law.
INABILITY TO PERFORM
- It is agreed that 3 MONKIES TOURS will be relieved of its obligations in the event of natural disasters, fire, strike lockout, order of government authorities or any reasonable circumstances beyond its control
