If you’re looking for an amazing waterfall hike in Costa Rica, then you have to visit the astonishing La Leona waterfall
La Leona is a blue waterfall hidden deep in the canyons and caves along the blue waters of gorgeous Blanco River near Rincón de la Vieja volcano.
Enjoy an adventurous 3-hour hike, passing by 5 different river pools and passing through a stone canyon, caves, and small waterfalls until you reach La Leona Cave where you must swim across the river and climb a small ladder to enjoy the great views of the waterfall.
After working up an appetite we’ll treat you with a typical lunch.
